These Terms of Service govern your use of 3pawsbrew.com and purchases made from 3 Paws Brew Co. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 3 Paws Brew Co. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Online Store Terms

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, packaging, colors, and images accurately. However, colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, production process, or packaging availability.

Coffee, tea, and merchandise may be produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without notice.

  1. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price displayed when an order is submitted is the price charged, excluding any applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or adjustments shown at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and contact information. We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incorrectly priced, or intended for unauthorized resale.

  1. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or fulfillment limitations.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partners shortly after being placed. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Coffee, tea, and merchandise may ship separately when fulfilled by different partners.

  1. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Coffee and tea are consumable food products and generally cannot be physically returned. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory orders may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported within 30 days of delivery.
